Sirona Women’s Health operates as a private billing practice. Payment is expected at the time of consultation. Our fees are determined based on the duration and complexity of your consultation and any procedures conducted.
A portion of these fees is eligible for the Medicare rebate if you possess a current Medicare card. If you have any enquiries about our fees, don’t hesitate to contact our friendly reception staff. Below is a breakdown of our general consultation fees.
To keep our doctors on time, please select the appropriate appointment time for what you will need to discuss
A standard appointment allows for 1-2 issues like:
- Minor injury/infection
- STI concerns
- Follow up of a previous consultation
- Antenatal follow up (not first pregnancy)
- Contraception
- Sporting injuries
- Back pain
- Breast check
A long appointment is suited to more complex issues for example:
- First presentation of headaches
- Abdominal or pelvic pain
- Dizziness
- Abnormal vaginal bleeding.
- Fertility concerns
- New pregnancy (1st appointment)
- Cervical screening test
- Mental health concerns
- Menopause/perimenopause
- Skin check
- A patient who has not been here in more than 12 months
- Multiple minor problems

Please Note: a 1.1% surcharge applies to most card transactions.
*This would be appropriate if you are a new patient to our clinic, are generally well and just want to discuss which contraception is best for you or you would like to discuss having an IUD inserted
**This appointment is best suited if you are otherwise well and just need to update your cervical screening test, if you also have other medical problems to discuss we suggest you book the longer New Patient appointment above.
